An ironstone jelly mould with a transfer printed recipe to the exterior. This dates from c.1890 and is in excellent, usable condition. It is transfer printed with a recipe for Brown & Polson’s Corn Flour Blanc-Mange which could be served either hot or cold, a great form of early advertising for Brown and Polson’s corn flour.
