A Shelley, Carlton pattern jelly mould. This is marked, in green transfer print, “SHELLEY” within a shield, with “MADE IN” above and “ENGLAND” beneath. It dates from c.1920. Many of the Shelley jelly mould patterns were named after London hotels and this is one of them. It was produced in four different sizes. This is a size 2 although not marked as such. It is in excellent, usable condition.
