A super quality, early 19th century, large copper jug. This piece is English and it dates from c.1830. It is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it has a castellated seam up the side. It is a most attractive shape and it has a hollow handle with interestingly shaped fittings. It is in excellent condition but the tinning, to the interior, is worn.
