A 19th century, English copper plain ring mould. This is marked “BARRON & WILSON 436 STRAND” and it dates from c.1880. It is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper. It is engraved with the initials “G.F.U” which would be the initials of a previous owner. It is in very good condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still in very good, usable condition.
