An early 19th century, Bristol Blue glass rum decanter. This dates from c.1820 and is in excellent condition. It is decorated, in gilt, with “RUM” within a cartouche of vine leaves. This hangs around the neck by a chain, to resemble a wine label. The stopper is decorated with a letter “R” and leaves. There is rubbing overall to the gilding which can be seen in the images.
