A nineteenth century, glass, decalcomania, rolling pin. Decalcomania is a method of decorating where prints are cut out and stuck onto the interior of the piece, which is then filled with plaster. This example is decorated with prints of various animals and birds, and a harp. It is English, dates from c.1880 and is in very good condition.
