Large crystal food cover

A large, 19th century, French crystal, food cover. This piece is made from a very heavy, good quality crystal. The knop to the top is a very fancy form, resembling piped icing, and the piece dates from c.1860. It  is in excellent condition. Measuring 27cm. diameter and 24cm. high it is a very useful size for either kitchen or dinning room use.
